It's pretty obvious I have resumed my "stress eating" habits. I have been eating like crap the last few days. My calories were ok today, but my carbs and protein are all out of whack. It will be nice to go back to the stability and routine of work on Monday. I will do my best to stay on target tomorrow. Good luck to all my diet buddies! :)
