Help me !!!!! I don't know why I even bother these days to keep a diet log !! I am constantly exceeding my RDA and always ending up in the RED ! As expected, my weight has increased!DUH!! Help !! Need to get back on track !!

Yeah but at least you know you're exceeding it! If we don't log (and I have to get back on it myself) we tend to drastically underestimate how many calories we're ingesting. Unfortunately Indian food has a ton of calories :(. You can do this. Stick with it.

You need to find a diet plan that you can be comfortable with, and keep it going for at least two weeks follow it as closely as you CAN if you need HELP or Support JUST ASK we're all doing this together!

I agree with Beets ... at least you know WHY ... now you just have to figure out where and how to cut back ... no worries ... you'll figure it out!!
