I normally weigh myself on Friday, Saturday, and Monday morning. I increased my exercise by 15 minutes 5 days a week, and I decreased my calories by 125 daily. I have a goal to reach by July 4th. Two weeks from that point I will start the 10 day green smoothie cleanse by JJ Smith. Getting up by 5:30am to work out has been a challenge but I'm getting used to it now.
