I was late to the gym this morning and missed out getting my elliptical work out. I had to work on the treadmill instead. I walked at 3.5 miles per hour and I'm just starting to run at 3.6 for a minute at a time. This is hard for me as it hurts the bunion on my foot.
I went back this afternoon for a 40 minute swim to burn the calories I missed burning on the elliptical in the morning. This is dedication, I tell ya!
