That looks delicious! Don't be discouraged! Make short term goals that are attainable besides the long term 25. you'll feel like you're making progress and not climbing a high mountain! Good luck :)

Janetleeg don't be discouraged. Doesn't matter how long you're in the juat as long as you finish. Struggled with weight all my life, and i'm chipping at it a day at a time. Hang in there and don't be hard on yourself.

IeGod how I wish that was a Pupusa. I haven't had one of those in years maybe I'll look up a recipe and make one. It is actually just a pancake that's really thin with strawberries on top, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes/onions, sliced avocado, and bacon. Fortunately I didn't get to mow the lawn because it rained but I'll be OK. Feels good sometimes to be lazy. 😜

The strawberry topping looks just like something i made the other day to put on top of things, like an English muffin. I pulled a little of my rhubarb and several of my strawberries, and diced them up (just halved the berries) and cooked them with a little bit of water and a a little sugar, just until the rhubarb was tender. It looks just like your topping, and is SO good. I eat it very sparingly, but it sure makes a piece of toast or a muffin taste good!

Tai-Lin I am not a big syrup user so it works for me. I normally just mash up fresh strawberries and put some Raw Stevia and a little bit a water and mix it all together - that's all that is. I love rhubarb. When I was A little kid Us Neighborhood kids would sneak into my neighbors backyard with the salt/sugar shakers and pull up the rhubarb and eat it. My lips are puckered right now from memory. 😖

MissEvon, i could never eat a piece of rhubarb raw, or unsweetened, if only a little. But i DO love rhubarb. I have an easy recipe for rhubarb muffins, and also one for what the recipe calls "rhubarb pudding", but is actually much more like a rhubarb cobbler. And very tasty. Haven't made one since trying to "be good", because i know i would eat the entire thing in two days!!
