So although my weight has gone up by two pounds, I'm reminded by my Endocrinologist appointment yesterday that I have lost 11 pounds since my last appointment 6 months ago, and I'm happy with that. I also have dropped my A1C levels to 5.4 which is the best its ever been, which means I'm becoming less insulin resistant. This was a becoming a huge problem for me before. All in all things are improving slowly but surely. Now I just need to make sure I become more consistent with exercising and watch my carb intake a little better.
I'm hopeful and feels good to see some progress!
