Okay, yesterday was good. I ate really well until my boyfriend bought Key Lime pie. I have no self control!! I had one piece and savored ever bite! I did a high intensity cardio workout from P90X group of DVD's. It was tough and i am very soar today but I am determined to keep up the work outs!! I got some of my dvd's from MI yesterday so i am going to do a one of those today. With thiw i feel i am being held accountable so hopefully this will keep me from going out of control. HA I had oatmeal instead of a bagel this morning, thats a start i suppose! Blah we will see how the day goes as long as i stay busy i will stay away from the junk ... hopefully! :)
