Hey fat secret! I've really been up and down and back and forth on this dieting. Last year at this time I was doing amazing. This week I really buckled down and even started exercising.
Then yesterday happened, what a disaster it was. I was so sore that five minutes into my exercise I stopped and then proceded to eat not one but two bowls of cereal! So this morning I decided that for Lent I am giving up cereal. NO cereal for 40 days. It's been my weakness lately because it's so easy to grab and I've got to give it up.
Last year I gave up alcohol and I think cereal is going to be harder than that. At this point in my life I've given up alchol completely and I've never had a clearer head but boy is my body a mess.
I will work out today and I will feel good about it! This is a committment I need to make to myself, I must get healthy and ultimately I must fit in my bridesmaid dress for May!! -lol-
I hope this weather starts getting warm nothing is more motivating than bikini's lurking around the corner!
