Ah, Vacay is over, and it's back to reality time here. BUT, even though I was so bad this past 10 days or so, I have already started to drop the excess vacay weight again! So it ain't all gloom and doom here! Got in a sweet 5.4 miles today in 90 degree weather with a heat index of 103... so it's all good!
