Feeling good about myself today! I'm sticking to my diet and actually ENJOYING my big chicken Greek salads every day. I just KNOW that I can reach my goal weight if I keep it up. I took my first Chisel class today, and it kicked my ASS (and arms and legs). Next week, it'll be easier. I find myself actually looking FORWARD to my Spinning class tomorrow. YAY!
