We did it. We sold the house today. Early next week we will have the up front money to hold our new place until July 31 when we will receive the balance. My kids and grandkids all seem happy for us. My Gaby even asked me if I needed help. Duh! We are going over tomorrow to give the agent a check to hold it for us until the 31st. We are taking Gaby and staying for lunch. To say I'm excited would definitely be an understatement. But mostly I thrilled that the stress of the negotiations is over.
Ern's pain doctor has altered his treatment. He will be receiving 4 injections to numb the nerves. If this works, they will do the other side then both sides at the same time. Really praying this works. You guys are welcome to offer up a prayer as well.
I've been fighting a migraine today. The pain has not arrived but the aouras and light flashes have me scared. Gonna try for sleep. Good night all.

I have great news. My daughter in law came over today and helped me install the Dexcom g5 on my tummy. I dealt with the role reversal. She was ultra patient with me. Kept encouraging me. Told me how well I was doing. When it was time to punch the needle into my stomach, I tried and just couldn't do it. She gently asked if I would like her to do it. Embarrassed I said, "yes". Then she asked if I was ready and when I agreed I was, she counted backwards from three. I owe her. I never could have done it myself. Not only injecting, but configuring and setup. Next week I should be able to do it myself. I hope. Going to go because I keep falling asleep and hitting the keyboard. Have a great day.
