I had a good day until the end. The sugar cravings were too much. I stopped at coffee shop and had a biscotti and then a small ice cream cone. And, when I got back home I made toast with peanut butter and strawberry preserve.
Funny,I fell off the wagon last Friday too. May I can go a week and then have a cheat.
So, I may decide to up my carbs a bit - now at around 20% but that might be too drastic a cut.
One week down and about 100 more to go :)
