Ok here I am snowed in on day 4 of the women over 40 BFC plan. Sure glad I went to the grocery store yesterday and stocked up on my zucchini, green beans and whole wheat tortillas. This has become easier. Yesterday I even went out to lunch. I was able to have a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayo, just no bun or fries. I feel like I've lost more weight. I don't want to get my hopes up that I'm one of those people who lost 10 lbs in one week. I'll weigh in Thursday this week, since that's when I started.
