Major fail this week. Not quite sure why I lost the motivation. Feeling a bit low and disappointed with myself. I know I haven't stuck to my plan so the small loss is obvious. I know I can do better just not sure how I can get back to the place where i'm firing on all cylinders and giving it my best again. Gonna focus on my diet and then try and get my exercise back under control. Just don't feel up to it.
