Friday, 7/28/17 Steps = 16,131

Yesterday was a big day for my husband. He went back to the doctor for his first recheck since January. They had run a full metabolic panel for comparison. In January he had high blood sugar, high liver values, low HDL, high LDL, and overall cholesterol over 200. Now, every single value was in normal range and his cholesterol was 163! His blood work is better than mine and I'm the person who convinced him to do this!!!!! LOL!

I'm just kidding. I'm thrilled at the results so far for both of us. I'm also grateful that we are on this journey together. With both of us eating the same food and exercising, it's much easier than in the past when I would try to get healthy on my own.

I can't wait to finish the losing phase and get to maintenance. That's going to be the real challenge but I think we can do it.

That's really great news. Your husband must be delighted! You should give yourself a big pat on the back for helping him achieve such a success. The way I see it, he owes you! As for you, I have every confidence that you'll be on the maintenance plan very soon (providing you don't keep changing your goal weight!). Anyway, well done!
