Two pound gain this past week. I’m actually surprised it wasn’t more. I decided to take a break from it last week. It was the county fair and since I spend a lot of time there and it’s my happy place, I didn’t want to stress over tracking everything. I still was conscious of what I was eating, usually choosing somewhat healthy over fried stuff. I’ve spent so much time at the county and state fairs in the past that I don’t want the fried foods anymore, but ice cream is still a vice. My husband also lost his job on Friday, was too busy stressing over that to be stressing over food. I’ll start again today.
