Ho-hum , I guess it is slow down time. I appreciate losing one pound but it looks like I have slowed down the weight loss. That's okay, I am sticking to the plan of 1500 calories and around 50 net carbs.
I still do not feel that energetic as my body tries to adjust to this new WOE. I laughed today because I imagined what it looks like inside of my body with cells yelling "What is he doing?", "Where are my carbs?", "Impeach Him"!!
