I'm starting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution kickstart 7 day eating plan today. My calories are a little higher than I expected but I think with dinner I should be in the 1200 calorie range for today. I will also do 45 minutes of cardio and her 30 minute workout today. Very interested to see what results this will bring as I've been feeling kinda stuck in a rut with diet/exercise recently.
