Experiment Time

I cut in half one of my low carb Swedish Breakfast Buns and toasted it. Then I dabbed it with real butter, a smear of almond butter , another dab of cream cheese and lastly a spoonful of Chia jam. And, that was pretty good!

Chia jam recipes are all over the web.

It satisfied my craving for a bagel/english muffin slathered with jam.

I have some other bread/muffin recipes I will try this week and let you know which ones toast the best.
