getting back to normal.. still tweaking my diet and work out schedule but so far, no major setbacks other than I locked my keys in bf car and he is at work so didnt make it out to gym or shopping before work. But, I seized the moment and used my morning to sweep and mop the house and do the bathrooms.. Exciting, I KNOW LOL. Organized my "family binder" and worked on budgets bc I love 'lists". Planning wings for dinner. Wings, boneless wings, cesar salad and veggie tots and lots of blue cheese. Low carb to the core. Have a great Wednesday everyone. !!
