I didn't do good at all this weekend. I had pizza, chocolate ice cream cake, a margarita, and bread spread out over 3 days. I made a decision this morning- after 3 weeks on phase 1, I'm moving onto phase 2. It's time. I might pick one week a month to do phase 1 until I lose all the weight I want, and then I'll move onto phase 3. My body is just sick and tired of the same foods over and over. If I look at another salad I think I'm going to puke. And right now, phase 2 seems like heaven.

Go ahead and move on to phase 2 maybe just do one day a week of phase 1 it kind of shakes your metabolism up a bit, good luck!!

Yes, Phase 2 will allow you fruits and a lot more flexibility where you can continue to lose weight, just be careful not to have too many calories.

its true, if you are at the point of not enjoying your food anymore its not worth it. i think your plan to switch it up once a month is an awesome idea! you can do it!

That's usually the sign for most people that it's time to move on. Do you exercise a lot? There's a new site that someone posted on a message board, nutritiondata.com that will tell you how many calories a day you need. I know you didn't ask about calorie intake but I noticed someone told you not to take in too many calories and I think that some people obsess a little too much about not eating enough calories and that itself can mess up your metabolism.
