So I have officially moved and have been in my new place a little over a week. With no man to cook for it should be much easier to stick to my eating plan, right? I hope so. I completely fell off during the move and the transition. I am seriously missing exercise too. I dusted off all my workout DVDs, so now I just need to pop one in. So ladies...I am really looking for motivation and support right now. I need to feel strong and healthy for myself and my kids, regardless of if there is a man or not. Sending out HUGS, hoping to get some back. :)

Congrats on the new house. And yes, going solo does have its advantages! When my partner was gone on an overseas trip for over a month I only ate when I was hungry, and ate only healthy foods. Without even trying to restrict calories or carbs I lost 5 lbs...with no additional exercise, either. There is definitely something to be said for tuning into your own body and not being driven by external forces like the clock or a hungry partner. Best of luck in your new home, and glad you are tuning back into the diet and exercise. You GO, girl!!!
