ugh. I've had a real slow down in progress. It stared over the weekend when we had 2 dinner parties to attend back to back and, for the first time in months, I enjoyed wine and a digestif. Also, some peach pie and cheese and a piece of onion tart and a fruit galette and other yummy things. It was not a complete blow out, but between the sudden shift in menu and my extremely slow digestive system, I'm up more than 2 pounds! I've been to the gym and am back on the wagon and back on track, but a grinding halt (and increase!) like this is frustrating.

Still 10 pounds away from my goal- my high goal, at that.
