Starting to see the scale moving again, have not cheated on my diet once in nearly 2 months. I enjoy the foods I am eating, have increased my veggie and fruit intake by 100%.

I have faithfully written down everything that has gone into my mouth. Have read every label in the store, shopped the outside perimeter of the grocery store, cut out Diet Coke and reduced the wine intake by 90%. A girl needs her wine now and then!

I am encouraged by my sticking to this diet, I can see how this could be a life time eating pattern. I am saving a great deal of money as well. I estimate that I am saving about $140.00 per month by taking my breakfast and my lunch to work.

This is the first time in my life that I am doing something for ME. Not because a husband made nasty comments or other family members (we are always the meanest to those we love?)

I have a different attitude this time, I can actually visualize the end goal.
