Mid winter break began today. Slept in, then off to the health club. A wonderful workout followed with a great swim. Thats always the best part of the work out. Followed by running errands, shopping and the dreaded grocery shopping. Found some Vanilla Sugar Free pudding cups. You can have your chocolate give me vanilla yummm. Also found some old fashioned lemon drops which will be my special treat and only 16 calories! Just waiting for my next drop in weight....
