I should be dropping weight like the biggest losers on tv. I do big work outs and eating mostly healthy foods compared to a lot of journals I read. Maybe I eat too many carbs?

may not eating enough to cover the big workouts and body in starvation mode ?? just a thought.

Try to make your fats and proteins balance out the amount of carbs you eat each day. Maybe you just need to mix things up a bit, don't stress out about it. Keep up the good work and you will start seeing results soon, sometimes it just takes the body a bit of time to adjust. Remember, the body doesn't want to lose weight, that is not what it was designed to do. You have to trick it into action.

I agree with bouncy k. I've always read you should never eat less than 1200 calories/day and especially if you've been doing a lot of exercise your body needs the fuel! You can find a lot of calculators online that will give you daily caloric intake recommendations.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try eating a little more but that scares me, lol! But I don't really feel that hungry.
