18:6 Challenge Day 3 ~ Went food shopping after work so by the time I went to bed I was really hungry so all I could think about is eating in the morning. Woke up so famished, been fighting to get to my goal weight for awhile. Everytime I stop focusing/logging, I gain like 4 lbs. I saw a magazine stating "Lose 14 lbs in 4 days", I was like, really? Even cutting off both arms that wouldn't happen! No easy way to lose weight or at least not gain for me, its a meal at a time, focusing and fighting to stay healthy so for everyone struggling, I fought for over a year to lose a lb a week, if I can do it, you can do it!

Keep it up! I also saw that same magazine last time I went shopping and I totally scoffed at that.
