First day of my diet done. I have no self control when it comes to food and no willpower so I'm pretty proud of how I did. Only got 20 min. of exercise in so I hope I can figure out a better way to fit it in. Very difficult with a 1 and 2 year old! I've never dealt with weight issues before so all the information and calorie counting is a little overwhelming. I figure once I've been doing this a while, I will have just learned how to eat better without having to actually count calories. Is that a thing?? lol
