Today I am feeling better already. I am still really hungry but nowhere near like yesterday.
So I am doing Slim Fast temporarily just to jump start things, at which point I will just eat more sensibly. But I am wondering how long I should do the Slim Fast for? It says you can lose 1-2 lbs a week so I am thinking I will have to do a month at the very least but I really don't know if I can hang that long! The cappucino one is horrible, btw. Tastes like it was made with burnt coffee beans.

I have never fully done the Slim Fast diet so I am unsure how long it may take. When I use Slim Fast, I only use it if I don't have a lot of time to make a healthy meal, so it's easy to grab a shake or a protein bar instead as a supplement. I also have used them to curb off hunger/cravings. I know I didn't fully answer your question, but I hope someone else can. Good luck! :D

You are welcome. I could never follow those types of diets completely, so I just kind of implemented them into the Mediterranean diet that I am on instead. I don't use them often though, but when I am in a hurry, they are great.
