Feeling like dessert

Ok so the pic shows my best Keto Bread and how I prepare it. Now, I think of this more like a pound cake or a dessert bread. i make it in a bigger loaf pan so it doesn't rise too much.

Then, I slice a piece and I have three toppings: butter, almond butter and cream cheese. Then I ladle my rasberry/strawberry chia jam. And I think it is very good and it makes me think I had dessert. No sugar added just stevia.

But, it is the texture and the tartness/sweetness and creaminess that satisfies my sweettooth. I have it after almost every meal and I don't have cravings for "sweets" - well usually - c'mon if a bearclaw falls out of the sky and hits me on the head I gotta notice :)

You had me at "bearclaw." OK I don't know what those are, but from references to them in stand-up comedy, my imagination's recipe has them made of croissant-like pastry, filled with marzipan and perhaps apricots, and perhaps there is whipped cream involved.
