Got really hungry during my idleness from procrastination. I started thinking of food non-stop & my stomach started growling, it seemed a bit crazy. So I made my salad a bit bigger by adding an extra cup of salad (2 cups total), 2/3 cup broccoli, 3tbsp of cashews & 1/3 cup shredded cheese rather than just 1/6. After I have my 80 cal Fling bar later I will have only gone over my calorie allotment by 24 calories. Not bad & they were good choices. Might have to jog in place for a bit as I didn't get to the gym & barely accomplished 18 sit-ups for my challenge (that makes me feel pathetic). Hopefully tomorrow will be a good food day. Baking a cake for my friend's b-day & it's gonna be hard to not want to lick the bowl or eat any of the milk chocolate & Reese's peanut butter chips I'm adding. That is going to be torture . . .
