Still losing weight despite only (2) workouts in the last week. I'm depressed about Mom and Jack. I also traveled to NJ MON - WED and find it more difficult to find foods that meet my diatary requirements while on the road. However, I DID record all that I ate.
Today's goals: Noon Spinning Class and grocery shopping. I don't even feel like getting out of bed, but I just forced myself to rise and have breakfast in the study. I really don't want to move - even to see Abby today or go to my Womens AA Meeting.
