Trying to get back on track after yesterday's weigh-in, where I gained 3 1/2 lbs.
Didn't do so well last night -- we had company, and although there was no dinner, we had plenty of hors d'oeuvres, and I had my share, especially with the nut tray so close. I must have eaten about 6 handfuls of mixed nuts. Also some cheese, pepperoni, crackers and dip, and a chocolate Santa Claus.
Today, I avoided donuts at work for the first Friday since I can remember. I'll try to take this away as a positive sign.
Had a nice 45-minute walk at lunch time. Thus far today, I've done all right.
Tonight will be difficult, as we are going to visit Molly's cousin, who always has a lot of food out. I may have dinner first, and maximize my WW points before we go, this way I can have a reason to stay away from the food trough altogether tonight.
