Not sure what is going on but, I start each day with good intentions and plans on what to eat and then I end up eating with the kids (which is really not good) or snacking. All I can think is it must be stress and not enough sleep. I really need to get my head straight and get back to eating well. At least I am still exercising but, that isn't enough if I eat terribly
