... whoa, my iPhone stopped my texting on my last journal entry--long story short: four fish meals later (with regular food in between) = weight loss (about 3 pounds)! I was shocked. I stayed within my calorie range throughout this time, but the fish (fat and all) triggered a breakthrough in weight loss. Go figure! So guess what I am adding to my plan! FISH! (Even fried fish).
