This week's diet wise is crap, twice KFC,ive cream, beef burgers and chips.cupcakes but tomorrow I really got to go strict on my diet again. Usually my diet is 80% strict ai guess you can classify it as a kind of refeed/high carb days

Don't stress about those kinda days. As long as you keep at it you will be good. I enjoy my weekends and eat the same things and I structure my week to offset my weekend indulging.
