Weekends are my down fall. For some reason I'm just not as hungry. I guess boredom is a large part my bad eating habits. I sit behind a computer all day at work. I tend to want to snack to pass time. The positive is that I have started snacking on veggies instead of cookies and chips! Hopefully I will get the motivation to start walking today. It seems like as soon as I think I can something comes up! Oh well, I really want to start the exercise component in losing weight and being healthy! The dogs look like they could use a good walk, maybey I'll do that!Fill you in later on how the day turned out.

Dear Determined10 yes on the positive side you said you are not as hungry and you are snacking on nutritional snacks instead of empty calories! I am wondering if you RDI is too low, did you do the calculation through this site? My RDI is 1500 calories but I have been told not to go lower then 1200.
My mindset now is that I am an energy addict! It is the feeling I strive for everyday. That mind set has really helped me because it started happening just a few days after I started my new life style and I can strive for that positive energy everyday and that gives me the instant gratification I need. To get energy you need to get up and move every chance you get so take the dogs for a walk they will love it and you may find you are looking forward to it and loving it too! I am off to sell girl scout cookies with my 10 year old this Saturday. Congratulations on your weight loss and enjoy your weekend:)
