so today i am almost back to where i was last Friday. glad to say that i feel much better (all the brain fog is gone) and no sugar cravings. its my bosses birthday today and i am not at all tempted to have a piece of cake, i will take it home for my children to have. i don't want to deal with the guilt tomorrow.
