Went to the gym this morning. I am going to try to do 2 morning workouts during the week, and my Saturday morning workout. 2-3 times a week I hope to do a normal 30-50 min cardio plus 20 min later in the day. Also trying to pay more close attention to all the stats of what I eat. Try to lower sodium and sugar intake. I want to switch to greek yogurt, but it's so expensive. I found some websites that tell you how to make your own from either homemade or store bought yogurts. Thought I'd give that a whirl. (the idea being some of the sugars come out when you drain off the whey--liquidy stuff that shows up in yogurt and I normally mix right back in, but if I drain it the yogurt will thicken and lose some of those nasty sugars)...I'll let you know how it goes....

huh? I am lost! lol but I am still iffy on yogurt, I like it and I don't. I have been wanting to try greek yogurt too. (taste, not make it) let us know!

I really like greek yogurt normally, it tastes like normal yogurt but richer, creamier and more sinful, except it's not! it has a higher protien to volume and sugar ratio because some of the sugars are taken out by the process. I need to get cheese cloth or coffee filters to strain the normal yogurt, so next time i go to the store...
