7:55am - I managed to get up at 5am to work out for 30 minutes. Woohoo! It felt great to be moving again and get my exercise done so early. It helped make the rest of the morning more manageable and it's also beautiful where I am. It's sunny out which is a relief since it's raining so much for past 2 weeks.

I finished my breakfast a few minutes ago...oatmeal with some Smart Balance, honey, and almonds. I think I put a tad too much honey since it was slightly too sweet so I'll have to remember that next time I have oatmeal. It still tasted so good and it's nice to have something a little different this morning. Variety and making my own meals makes eating so much more enjoyable and makes me appreciate what I'm giving my body. I'm ready for some water to counteract my coffee and some decaf tea to settle me into work.

wow, 5 am ! You have some serious motivation! I need to kick my o0wn butt for having a hard time getting going in the morning.

5am! I'm impressed. I get up early to workout as well but it's usually more like 6am for some reason 1 hour makes a big difference. Working out in the morning is key for me, no excuses. If I waited till lunch of evening I'm sure I woudl come up with a ton of reasons not to do it. Great Job!
