Glad I exercised yesterday morn because I wasn't up to it last night or this morn. Maybe by tonight this horrid virus will shoo away and I can slowly resume. I just don't want to loose ground. I'm afraid my goal is getting away from me. Only 4.5 more weeks to go and I would have to loose about 3.5 lbs a week to make it. Why ever did I just do that math?!
