Well, I tried the new hours. All was good until dinner time. I wasn't very hungry. This made for a difficult time preparing dinner, but I knew I had to eat. I had a friend tell me that eating breakfast later in the day wasn't too good. That I needed to eat at least a 1 point item in the earlier hours to kick in my metabolism. Is this true?
