Here's a little tip I learned by reading a article on Jason Statham's Workout Program.I'd be using it myself starting tomorrow.Follow your diet strictly 95%.I mean really strictly.Be honest with yourself.If you're able to follow it strictly for 5 days,Have a cheat meal you been craving, however there's still rules.Firstly cheat meal must be within a time period.Breakfast to lunch,
only one meal also.The point for that is to allow your metabolism to burn it off.What I'd bs doing is considering frying something as a cheat meal.so only steaming and my cheat meal will only be after gym and if I have a cheat meal itl replace a carb if its sweet so its used up to replenish muscle Glycogen.So eg.If I have a brownie itl replace a potato.That way I can keep on my diet and still get to my goal of 8% body fat....I.e Six Pack
