well another good weight loss. 5 lb. Could not afford it this week. Doc's bill for son. She was not very pleasant about my not being able to afford it. Did not like her attitude from day one so should have went to another pharmacy, once you are on it the Company that own lipotrim have you recorded, so you cant mess around with it.
So I am going to stay on a protein shake, I will use herbal life, that's a good energy one, and a meal a day. I think I am a lot more disciplined now.
I am off to a Hafla tonight. Belly dance and music. I have made myself a chicken and 3 bean salad to bring along. Should be fun.Fingers x I will food behave.

Good luck with your switch in your eating plan. Is the belly dancing and music where you participate or just watch? Sounds like fun, either way. Enjoy!

We all danced and just had a laugh, I used to go for 3 years but the teacher hurt her back and we never settled with anyone else. I was only one to bring healthy food, well I was only one that did not bring a bag of PICK AND MIX SWEETS
