Exercised after dinner last night. During the exercise I felt really full and thought I might lose it. I had originally thought I'd just walk because of feeling so full, but it just seemed too slow so I ended up jogging for 40 minutes. The thing is if you had told me two months ago that I would be jogging for 40 minutes and feel like I could do more I'd have never thought it possible! I am very proud of myself and my body. Who knew? :)
