Hi FatSecret! Last week, Dec. 20 I entered into ONEderland, so the next day when I was 197, I got paid and I had to put $50 on ME. I waged a bet on a weight-loss website, healthywage. I put my money down, and then I got an email saying my bet was good AFTER I make the verification video --(now ME, being ME, had I known a video was required BEFORE putting down my money, I would had never placed the bet),,,BUT I did, so I did. 2 minutes after uploading, they sent me the verified bet email letting me know my bet was all good. ...so long story short, I'm focused, but I had to pull away from my obsession so as not to let other things slip away; house, work, grands, grown up offspring. My diet since Christmas is a lot of fasting, both intentional and non. Either I'm not hungry or there's nothing here for me to eat; its' a little of binging on low carb foods (I must have eaten all the meatballs and cheeselog at Christmas dinner, have had only 1 meal since....so right now, I'm out of "my" routine and keeping my 5year old grandbabies (granddaughter just turned 5 earlier this month, grandson will be 6 in Feb. next year); On their routine, "they" are my exercise, and I'm looking forward to getting back to my workout tapes next week in the new year when they go back home even though I think they may stay an extra week, as my son just informed me last night that they do not have school until Jan 8!?!; so I'm thinking of firing up my tape whether they are here or not, but this week is all about them and their toys until we get them put up. Congrats to everyone hanging in. I'm on the sideline this week, but I'm happy with the give and take right now; TILL NEXT WEEK!
