So I went to the gym & was able to do 35 mins on the elliptical. Had I not forgotten to take a puff of my inhaler I probably would've been able to make it 70 mins (at least I took a walk earlier). I was putting in my exercise for the day lchose exercise machine as I always had. Right after I finished I remembered a post saying you could select other & input the info. Of course I did but then I couldn't get the exercise machine entry off. Oh well. 35 mins, 2.31 mi, 355 cals burned, max heart rate 187. I'd say not too shabby for still being a bit sick & stuck in bed for the past few weeks. Also did 40 squats & 20 lunges, as much as I could do before feeling the wheezing. Figured I'd stop so that I didn't have to use my inhaler & be up half the night. Gonna try to push myself a bit harder tomorrow.
