Got a good hour of spin in so far today - then running errands and organizing to do some landscaping at the house.

Energy level for the bike was low....kind of annoying, but I got the full hour in and was well over 700 cals, so what ever it takes I guess.

Headed out and about tonight - been eating pretty well so far today, would like to keep it that way through dinner. Saturday night beers are ALWAYS a challenge...we shall see.

All about will power I guess.
