Well, down another pound today. Also, I am buying new jeans--it is a must. They would barely fasten not all that long ago and they have about 5 inches to spare now. Can you see my happy face???? For a Great Grandma, I am amazed. I have struggled with slow weight loss for months. I cannot say what has changed or how long it will last. I am embracing it wholeheartedly though.
