Day 2 and so far so good! Feeling pretty good again about things and so ready!!! Breakfast ~ Banana Snack ~ fruit smoothie Lunch ~ 1 cup brown rice and veggies Snack ~ Apple Dinner ~ not sure yet, but thinking a salad
I am feeling pretty good about this and hope it is my time! Will be heading to the gym at lunch and shooting for 40 minutes in the elliptical, thinking that if I concentrate on cardio right now it will push start everything...will also do crunches every day, need to get ride of the tummy!!! I recommend some tuna on the salad and some eggs, too. It will give you the protein you need to work out, and they aren't so high in calories. You're doing wonderful! Keep it up!
